Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OggyKart (the website, the customer app, or the seller app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OggyKart. If you're using it on behalf of a business (as a seller), you must have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorised use. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

4. Orders & payments

• Orders are processed by independent sellers on our marketplace. OggyKart facilitates the transaction; the seller fulfils it.
• Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Refunds for cancelled, undelivered, or incorrect orders are issued within 7 business days.

5. Seller obligations

If you sell on OggyKart, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product, pricing, and stock information.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws (GST, FSSAI for food, etc.).
• Honour orders within the promised timeframe.
• Provide reasonable customer service for your products.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use OggyKart to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation (scraping, bots, abuse).
• Engage in any activity that harms other users.

7. Intellectual property

The OggyKart name, logo, app, website, and content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

OggyKart provides the marketplace "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
