When you sign up and use OggyKart, we collect the information you give us directly — your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and payment details. We also collect data automatically about how you use the app, like the products you browse, your order history, and your device's location (when you allow it).
2. Why we collect it
Three reasons, full stop:
- To deliver your orders to the right place, on time.
- To make the app work better for you — recommendations, faster checkout, smarter search.
- To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
3. Who we share it with
The only people who see your personal data are the ones who need to: the seller fulfilling your order, the delivery partner bringing it, and our payment provider (Razorpay) for processing the transaction. We don't sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or anyone else.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to support@oggykart.aaibuzz.com.
5. Your rights
You can:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and data.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Security
We encrypt sensitive data (like product IDs, payment information, and session tokens) using AES-256. We use HTTPS for all communication. Your password is hashed and salted — we couldn't read it even if we wanted to.
7. Cookies & tracking
This website uses cookies for basic functionality (like keeping you logged in) and analytics (to understand how the site is used). You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may not work as expected.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change anything significant about how we handle your data, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
